The Constituency of Durham North West

Derwentside District Council sent out forms saying apply for a postal vote by 26th April, which I duly did.
I received forms and sent back to them.
Then they sent out polling cards (late), which also stated that you had to apply for postal vote by a certain date.
They are now saying that if you have a polling card it is not possible to have a postal vote.
Nor can I have a proxy vote.

So unless someone impersonates me, I have no vote.
